Travel Resources

Location:

AMA offers its Philadelphia seminars in the heart of downtown.

Downtown Philadelphia is easily accessible via SEPTA. Regional rail lines traveling from Trenton, Wilmington, and other nearby cities stop at Suburban Station and Jefferson Station, while the subway's Market-Frankfort and Broad Street lines both pass through the city's center, as do the 10, 11, 13, 34, and 36 trolley lines.

The Market-Frankfort line and the trolley also quickly connect downtown Philadelphia with the 30th Street Station, where travelers can find more commuter rail lines, New Jersey Transit's Atlantic City line, numerous buses, and several Amtrak lines, including the Acela Express. For those who prefer a leisurely walk, the 30th Street Station is just 20 minutes away from most downtown conference centers, or it's just a quick taxi, Lyft, or Uber ride away.

For those driving in, parking can be found at numerous nearby paid garages.

Flying In

Thanks to SEPTA's regional Airport Line, it's a 30-minute trip from the Philadelphia International Airport to downtown Philadelphia, stopping at Suburban or Jefferson stations. Depending on traffic, it's even faster via taxi, and Lyft and Uber are also available for transit to and from the airport.
