Members are cordially invited to attend the 100th Annual Meeting of Members of American Management Association International on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. The purposes of the meeting are as follows: To elect new Trustees as provided in the By-Laws; To receive the Financial Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023; To transact any other business that may occur before the meeting.
The meeting will be held at 12 pm ET on September 13, 2023, in person at AMA’s headquarters located at 1601 Broadway, New York, New York 10019. The Board of Trustees has fixed the close of business on August 7, 2023, as the record date for the Annual Meeting of Members. Only members as of such date shall be entitled to notice of and, to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Members.
