The course was relevant, applicable and well organized. I was impressed with the amount of material that was covered, but yet did not feel overwhelmed or in over my head. The classroom size was perfect! Always a concern when covering new material and it allowed us to ask questions and get to know each other and make this a personal growth as well as understanding common elements regardless of "where we came from". Our Instructor was well versed in the material and offered her own personal experiences which really brought it to a level where you could pick up on key subjects/duties that are easily applied to our Exec Admin roles that we are requested to do every day. She brought the class together with ease and because the size was small, we were able to interact with exercises and form different teams and provide presentations with discussions. I would highly encourage this course for anyone who desires tools to enhance productivity, priorities, and interpersonal tools in your office. Excellent!!!

Being the the Management Skills for Administrative Professionals taught me how to be confident when delivering speeches to a crowd and how to say 'No,' at times when yes is not appropriate.

It was a very helpful course, and I loved how small and interactive it was. I definitely wouldn't have got as much out of it if it was a big group. Everyone got to know each other and seemed to be comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences.
