Naomi Stutzman.

Naomi Stutzman is an organizational psychologist with experience as a consultant, researcher and coach. She provides expertise across all areas of organization development, including talent assessment, management, and development, change management and coaching. She currently oversees leadership development programs and promotion processes for senior leaders at Deloitte Global, as well as the utilization of assessments and internal coaching.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dr. Stutzman consulted across industries both externally and internally while completing her doctorate in social-organizational psychology at Columbia University. In addition to her consulting work, she supported Columbia’s facilitation, coaching, and delivering lectures. She also holds a M.A. in counseling psychology from Northwestern University where she worked as a therapist.

Dr. Stutzman is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Outside of work, she does pro bono organization development and leadership coaching with nonprofits in her neighborhood of Rogers Park, Chicago, enjoys running along Lake Michigan, and spending time with her family.
