Do you believe in magic? The instructor started the class with this question. She presented the material using a systematic approach and incorporated a lot of team, group and role playing to tap into what most of us already know, but failed to utilize. Throughout the course, she reinforced assertiveness while adding in magic tricks that had the class at awe. So, the answer to the question, "Do you believe in magic?" I didn't but now I am not so sure. Awesome course. HLawrence Scott

How can assertiveness training help me at work?
