Excellent course thats highly encouraging and beneficial for growth and approach we take. The instructor is great trainer and kept the class engaged positively.

I felt the training met my expectations. The instructor did a great job of including everyone in attendance and partnered people in a way that helped each individual, for example, vocal ladies with non vocal ladies. This helped the non vocal ladies become more vocal.

Immediately applicable course content coupled with a non-judgmental atmosphere made this seminar an amazing learning experience for me. I really appreciated the instructor's ability to pull on her own experiences to validate and reinforce what was being taught.

It was a great class and it was nice having the real world examples to help put the information in context. It was also nice to know that I'm not alone in some of the struggles in the workplace. Moreover, helped highlight a lot of areas of opportunity and internal growth for me as a person and applying within the company.
