I felt like this was a very well paced two-day class. In the past I've felt certain classes of slowed too much or weren't very well directed -- this class was very well kept on time, most comments and stories shared were directly relevant, and I felt like it was a great use of my time and learned a lot.

This class was wonderful. I need a follow up on this course, which provides more opportunities to practice what we have learned. Or learn more about the subject.I loved the break out groups. They were instrumental in putting into practice what we learned in class. The teacher also did a wonderful job in presenting the material and keeping the class engaged. She asked effective questions and was attentive to our responses.
