The class room experience provided insightful discussions to focus real-life situations on building trust. When the training was concluded I was able recognize both the positive and negative actions in my day to day management, how they effected by long-term relationships, and how to improve my interactions to continue to build trust throughout the organization.

The instructor was very knowledgeable about the topic, but more importantly he kept the audience engaged and made the course as interactive as possible. There were good real world examples that we were able to leverage in order to practice how we could implement various tools in the real world.
