Lot's of good points that many people can benefit from, not just supervisors.

The course was beautifully presented. The course materials, discussions, real world examples, and the personal connection to issues brought up by participants was some of the best learning I have experienced. This course really made me do a lot of self inflection, and has me ready to begin tackling a lot of difficult issues that I did not know how to approach before taking this course. If anyone has issues with the political part of being a manager, I would recommend this course. It could even help people work with a difficult supervisor.
