The course was great. It was well organized and is accompanied by well structured materials. The instructor is very knowledgeable and kept the attendees engaged throughout the entire course. It was especially helpful that he kept switching from lecturing to applying information to particular situations and to breaking down the attendees into smaller groups to promote discussions. The instructor was very positive. He offered a lot of great tips and thoroughly answered all the questions. This course exceeded my expectations as I've gained the information I hoped for and some more.
