About the Presenters
Ann M. Evanston, MA is a world-renowned speaker, AMA facilitator, consultant and trainer, and has over 25 years of experience in the field of influence, personal power, and inspired leadership. She is the founder of three organizations that are still running today. Ann has traveled nationally for over 20 years delivering workshops, retreat and keynotes on building an influential voice, women’s empowerment, the art of facilitating and true leadership. With a passion for speaking that was ignited in the seventh grade when she participated in toastmasters, she is now working with groups ranging from 20 to 5000. She has spoken on stages with the Reverend Jesse Jackson, Dr. Richard Carlson, Tory Johnson, and Loral Langemeier, to name a few. Ann is the published author of The Influence Factor: The Journey to Discovering Your Influential Voice .
Lauren McNally is the Director of the American Management Association’s Women’s Leadership Center (WLC), providing professional women leading content and development programs that position them for ongoing growth. Lauren is energized by supporting organizations that are working to develop women for future advancement through community and meaningful education. Lauren speaks on topics for women and diversity, equity and inclusion through WLC, Training.com, HR.com, ATD conferences and other virtual events. Prior to coming to AMA, Lauren led marketing efforts for the National Association of Professional Women and Professional Diversity Network.
