This class is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to improve their communication technique and build more effective working relationships. The instructor for this class is excellent. He's an effective communicator and his experience is relevant to meet my needs.

I liked working in groups and partners. The teaching method is "hands on" which works best for me. Writing down my takeaways/goals at the end of each chapter is very helpful and useful for implementing the new ideas.

Small intimate group that was very involved and the facilitator led us through the activities very well. I learned about others and related to all of my peers in the training. i have some new tools that I can use to build new relationships and improve old ones.
