Beyond the Hype: What You Need to Know About AI
To call Artificial Intelligence (AI) a game changer is an understatement.
AI is part of our everyday work and personal lives and is not going away any time soon. To capture the most current information about its evolving impact on us all, AMA surveyed more than 450 individuals across levels and industries to get their thoughts, concerns, and ideas about AI. Our findings revealed that despite 85% of respondents expressing optimism about AI’s potential benefits, 93% said they have not received any training in this crucially important skill.
The significance? AI has created an urgency for our workforce to ramp up its AI capabilities beyond a solid understanding of how the technology works. AI demands that we understand its implications on the human side—that is, its impact on today’s on-the-job experience and relevance, as well as what it means regarding the organizational issues relating to leadership, culture, and risk.
During this program, you’ll have the opportunity to move past the hype and dive into the most important AI concepts you need to know so you and your organization can get the most rewards. You’ll uncover the journey of AI's evolution, how to approach the topic for your role and responsibilities, and, most importantly, ways you can benefit from AI by crafting a personalized work plan for a path forward in this rapidly evolving technological landscape.
