Rupalli Thacker leads Global Learning Products and Programs for Amazon. Rupalli has built teams that are focused on scaling the global learning ecosystem. With 15 years of experience in learning and development strategies, technologies and operations, she brings expertise in all things learning.
For the last six years, Rupalli has especially focused on skills development and capability building. She participated in the initial certification think tank at the National Retail Federation’s foundation for careers in retail, and advises such organizations on capability-building programs. A frequent conference speaker, Rupalli is currently thinking about the Future of Work and skills development and shares practices to scale such initiatives.
