Ellen Glazerman The leader of Foundation and University Relations, Ellen will continue to support the Ernst & Young’s leadership, the campus recruiting partners and recruiting leaders, in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with universities, colleges and faculty in support of all the firm’s service lines and regions. She represents the firm on workforce development projects across the us, examining the pathways for developing talent for the 21st century.
Ellen has 26 years of EY, including two terms as the Americas Leader of Campus Recruiting, initial work in the development of a CR function and work within the Office of Public Policy. She sits on national and global boards in the graduate management education space and serves on a variety of advisory boards for key campuses.
Ellen is a certified Executive Coach and participates in the Ernst & Young’s coaching initiatives, including the PPP program for high performing women senior managers in advisory and CBS. Prior to joining the firm, Ellen was a senior development officer raising private funds for a variety of universities across the country.
