Brad Watt His tenure at Colgate Palmolive spans over 16 years. Brad’s career at Colgate began as a Senior Brand Manager during which he had oversight of different consumer product lines.

Brad’s success titles at Colgate Palmolive were Worldwide Marketing Director, Global Marketing and then Worldwide Director, Marketing Strategy and Effectiveness.

In his current role as Chief Learning Officer with Colgate Palmolive, Brad has been able to use his deep and varied knowledge of this formidable, consumer goods company to inform his People Centric approach. In doing so, he can ensure that the company keeps pace with talent acquisition and development in the ever-evolving digital world in which we live.

Brad hails from South Africa, has an MBA from Henley Business School and has pursued Executive Education through the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
