Adedayo Adeniyi serves as director of leadership and organizational development for Purdue University and is responsible for leadership/management development, supervisory training, annual staff goals management, and annual staff performance evaluations system-wide. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and a masters of public administration degree. Adedayo has earned advanced certifications in human resources, project management, six-sigma, change management, and executive coaching in addition to other professional designations. Adedayo has severed in various senior HR leadership roles for over 30 years.
