AI Is Becoming Part of Everyday Work

AI use is accelerating, but workforce readiness is not keeping pace. New AMA research finds that 82% of respondents say their involvement with AI has increased in the past year—yet nearly half say they feel behind in AI learning and knowledge.

This gap is reshaping how employees work, managers evaluate performance and leaders invest in workforce capabilities.
