A. No. Our standard shipping is Federal Express Ground Service and must have a physical address.

Q. Can my order be shipped in any other way than by ground service?
A. Yes. We offer first-, second-, and third-day delivery.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders within the continental United States should be received within 4–6 business days. For other orders, please allow 7–10 business days.

Q. Will AMA rent or sell my information?
A. While AMA does rent its customers’ names to selected offers, we will be happy to exclude your name from our list-rental agreements. To have your name excluded from all list rentals, contact customer service at: 800-262-9699 or e-mail: customerservice@amanet.org.

Q. Can I cancel an order once it is placed?

Q. Can I order old or out-of-print titles?
A. We do not carry any out-of-print titles. If you have an out-of-print book, and would like permission to copy from it, you can contact our Rights Department at: 212-903-8103 or e-mail: pubsrgts@amanet.org. Libraries or Websites, such as AMAZON.com, are good places to search for out-of-print titles.

Q. I don’t live in the state where you are located, why do I have to pay state tax?
A. American Management Association runs seminars and conducts business in a number of states, giving us “nexus” or a legal tax presence, in a number of locations. Consequently, we are obligated to collect state taxes for every state except the following: Delaware, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Oregon and South Carolina.
