About the Presenters

Pauline Larkin is a consultant and trainer working with clients in the areas of leadership development, performance management, organizational culture and communication skills. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams develop collaborative relationships that enhance organizational productivity and impact positively on organization culture. She runs her own business in the U.S. working with private sector clients and the United Nations. Prior to working in the U.S. she was a founding director at Peoplematters, one of Scotland’s leading training and development consultancies.
