About the Presenters

Dr. Joseph Reed is an organizational consultant who provides training and other individual and organizational effectiveness services to corporations and institutions. He has had direct managerial experience as a Marine Corps officer, university administrator, and manager of training and development. He currently heads J.R. Training, Inc., a training and organizational development consulting firm. Dr. Reed has also had experience as a graduate faculty member within the management and information sciences department at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He taught management theory, organizational behavior and strategic management within the university's MBA Program. In addition, he authored the AMA course: Mastering Organizational Politics, Influence and Alliances.
