The composition of U.S. society is changing rapidly. In fact, we are in the midst of a demographic evolution so deep and wide that nearly every aspect of our political, economic and social fabric will be impacted.

What that means is that it will affect your markets, product development, customers and possibly most of all, your workforce.

What You Will Learn

This Webcast features a lively discussion about these changes, focuses on issues of concern and offers some suggestions on what you should be doing now. Here’s some of what is discussed:

  • Studies indicate that the great majority of boomers will want to work well after what used to be considered a time to retire. What work will they do and how will it affect the rest of your organization?
  • What should you be aware of regarding age and population shifts, so that you can anticipate where to sell your products and to whom?
  • The largest transfer of wealth in history is coming. What are the implications?
  • As an experienced professional, are you tracking workforce trends now to plan your future employment path?
