Some suggestions: I would value even more examples of application. From a sales standpoint, it would be helpful to have a pitch laid out more distinctly. For example, 1) ready examples of how much companies have saved in time, conflict resolution, and productivity, or increased in sales, 2) ways in which this method is superior to an increasing number of imitators 3) graphics to help summarize but not stereotype at the end, 4) sample action plans after facet mapping 5) explanation of how it prices favorably. Also, as a brand identity person, I would like to see emphasis on the value of MBTI due to its global popularity and application as a tried and true co
