At the end, I was a little disappointed with the training, primarily with the pace and management of time. The training consisted of 8 separate segments, but the training was paced such that a disproportionate amount of time was spent on the first segments and the last segments were just rushed through on the last day. Overall, I felt that the instructor could have managed the time better. Often after exercises, when all the work was done, myself and the rest of the attendees were just waiting for the instructor to start the lesson again. Often sitting around sending emails or chatting amongst ourselves. With the end of the course ending up being rushed, I felt that this 'empty' time could have been better spent moving the class forward.Additionally, from my perspective, one of the most difficult aspects of project management is understanding the entire process from a "top-level view". As in, being able to know how any decision or issue at one step in the process might affect other steps. I felt as though the instructor would focus very much on the details of a single step or tool, but would not often bring it back into context within the overall process or "top-level view".Otherwise, the instructor was knowledgeable and very proactive in making sure that the class was interesting and had a lot of active involvement from all the attendees.
