Robert M. Pearson is a Principal with Princeton Training Partners. During his career as a Human Resources Executive, he was responsible for directing employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and communications functions.
Pearson held a variety of human resource positions at Princeton University, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Rhone-Poulenc Inc. and General Motors Corporation, where he led a team that created and implemented a recruitment process for SATURN Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary.
