About The Presenters:

Jeff HayesJeff Hayes is co-president of CPP, Inc. He brings more than 20 years of experience to his current role. He is responsible for CPP’s Finance and Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Operations divisions. Under hi’s leadership, CPP has experienced consistent growth globally by adding new products and services to its portfolio, successfully acquiring two companies and one product line and most recently launching CPP’s Professional Services Division. During his tenure, CPP was named one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area. Hayes attributes this award to CPP’s commitment to employee development.

Robert Weigand is director of Management Training and Development at St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He has published a number of articles with his colleague Dick Wagner and together, they authored Measuring Results of MBTI® Type Training—ROI in Action. Weigand is also adjunct professor at a number of colleges in Lehigh Valley. He teaches organizational, abnormal, developmental and introductory psychology.

Linda Kirby is an organization consultant, trainer and author. She designs and delivers organizational training programs focused on applying the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) tool to organizational change, leadership development and team effectiveness.
She is also a member of the International Faculty of the Association for Psychological Type, leading MBTI® qualifying programs, MBTI® Step II qualifying programs and organizational applications training programs for professionals in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Korea and India.
