Overview

Ups and downs in cash flow are common in every organization because the timing of when cash is received rarely matches when payments are due. For this reason, managing liquidity is not a one-time activity and is impacted by decisions at every level of your organization.

By understanding liquidity and then planning appropriately, you can avoid shortfalls, help provide financial stability, and take advantage of opportunities to purchase capital assets—all with the goal of providing organizational stability and flexibility to pursue new options.

What You Will Learn

During this Webcast, Bob Thompson will share his keen perspective on what your CFO expects you to know and understand about working capital in the daily operations of your enterprise and why it’s so important to maximize liquidity. For example, you'll explore:

• How your CFO thinks and operates
• What we mean by the term “liquidity” and why it’s so important to maximize it
• Your CFO core goals around liquidity
• CFO strategies to improve timing of the working capital cycle
• What you’re doing…what you want to do: How it all impacts liquidity
• Processes and innovations that can improve cash flow
• Ways to improve communication with your CFO by speaking her language

While attending the Webcast is FREE, reservations are required.
