Do You Have the Right Talent in the Right Positions to Achieve Your Goals?

The battle for quality talent has reached new highs. As the baby boomer generation begins to retire, it is critical for organizations to develop and implement talent management systems to ensure that they can effectively recruit, select and develop high-potential associates.

The Myth: No metrics exist that are objective, quantifiable or reliably accurate enough for assessing talent.

The Mystery: Why aren’t well-established scientific methods being applied to boost the effectiveness of human capital management?

The Science: This Webcast summarizes 30+ years of research initially funded by the Justice Department and conducted by the HR Chally Group focused on the skills/competencies/cultural traits that statistically measure and predict successful leaders, managers, sales people and individual contributors.

What You Will Learn

By objectively evaluating employees and ensuring that they are placed in appropriate roles and spot training the gaps in their skills, their success can be assured. In addition, these data can drive ongoing initiatives that help target development and succession planning keep your high potentials engaged and committed.

During this insightful Webcast, you’ll hear how and why predictive assessment tools work and ways they can be implemented to manage and develop your company's present and future talent.
