Overview

The cost of hiring a new employee is significant in both time and money.

To address these issues, many companies are trying “new” strategies for attracting and retaining employees or contracting with head-hunting firms. However, many of these approaches cost more and take more of your precious time, often with poor results.

Some managers and organizations are far more successful at recruiting than others.

What are their secrets?

It boils down to criteria, process and expectations. And you as the manager have the most important role in ensuring that you hire the right person for the job.

This Webcast explores the specific methods for increasing your ability to successfully recruit replacement staff and find the ideal hires for newly created positions.
