About the Presenters

He is the former VP of design and development at the American Management Association and is currently a consultant on corporate learning strategies and development programs and a coach to corporate training directors. Tobin is the author of 6 books on corporate learning strategies including his latest, Feeding Your Leadership Pipeline. Margaret S. Pettingell is an instructional designer with AMA. She previously held positions with Novations Group, Accenture, and Decker Communications.
