About the Presenters

Martin Reeves is Senior Partner & Managing Director with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Martin has led strategy assignments in health care, consumer goods, financial services, and industrial goods in Japan, the United States, and Europe. Martin also heads The Strategy Institute, BCG’s vehicle for exploring ideas from beyond the world of business that have implications for strategy. He previously led BCG’s practice with Western clients in Japan for eight years.

Zhenya Lindgardt is Partner & Managing Director with The Boston Consulting Group. She is an active member of BCG's Healthcare, Marketing & Sales, and Strategy practices. Prior to joining BCG, Zhenya worked in marketing at several consumer goods companies in the U.S., U.K. and Russia. At BCG, she is driving global research on business model innovation across industries and leads assignments focused on commercial strategy and operational/commercial effectiveness issues.
