BSC will describe their top strategies, highlighting the proven best practices and performance metrics they are using to develop their next generation of global leaders. For example, you’ll discover:

  •  Ways to ensure corporate sponsorship and support
  •  How BSC defined goals and guiding principles to measure success
  •  Methods used to establish leadership competencies to drive selection of development solutions and systems
  •  How to align the program to a competency framework, goals, and guiding principles
  •  What systems and process infrastructure was required for registration, administration, tracking, resources, and communications
  •  Ways to address quality and consistency issues
  •  And much more.

What You Will Learn

  •  Elements of organizational culture and the processes necessary for effective leadership development
  •  Leadership competencies of the future
  •  Key drivers of change, and the leading barriers to execution
  •  Top strategies for implementing and evaluating your own global leadership initiatives

When your leaders retire, will you be ready? Today you have to ask yourself: “What is the cost to my organization of NOT developing our next generation of leaders?”
