About the Presenters
Lael Good
is a skilled speaker and facilitator who understands both the people and business aspects of today’s organizations. Good has served as the lead consultant on some of Blanchard’s largest global accounts and has extensive expertise in working in the pharmaceutical industry. As a coauthor of two Blanchard programs, Situational Team Leadership® and The Leadership Bridge: SLII® and the MBTI®, she is an expert on the dynamics of people working together and high performance teamwork

Dr. Joseph Reed
is an organizational consultant who provides training and other individual and organizational effectiveness services to corporations and institutions. He served as a Marine Corps officer, university administrator, and a manager of training and development and taught management theory, organizational behavior and strategic management at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. In addition, he has authored several AMA courses, including Management Skills for New Managers and Mastering Organizational Politics, Influence and Alliances. He currently heads J.R. Training, Inc.

Michael Segovia
is the certification trainer for CPP’s MBTI® Certification Program. Over his 20-year career at CPP, Segovia has also served as senior brand manager for products including the Strong Interest Inventory®, CPI™, and FIRO-B® instruments. Prior to his current role, he served as CPP’s divisional director of international sales. Before joining CPP, he was a research assistant and conducted training workshops around the US for the Psychological Corporation.
