About the Presenters
Sandra L. Edwards,
Senior Vice President, AMA Enterprise, has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, performance consulting, organizational change, and human capital management. In her current role at American Management Association, Edwards provides leadership and strategy for AMA’s corporate and government learning solutions division, responsible for the sales, customization and delivery of onsite training programs. She is coauthor of the book The High Performance Sales Organization, a contributor to the book The Alligator Trap, and author of several articles on workplace issues.

Shelly Santa-Anna is the Director of Training & Organizational Development at B. Braun Medical Inc. based in Bethlehem, PA. She has been involved in leadership development for over 15 years. In her current role, she is responsible for developing leaders across the organization, running assessment centers and developing executive programs. Prior to that, Santa-Anna was the Director of Talent Development for InterContinental Hotels Group.
Ted Walbridge is Vice President, Leadership Development with Boston Scientific Corporation. He has over 24 years of HR experience. Walbridge has supported many of the corporate functions, including Finance, IS, HR, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Sales, Corporate R&D, International Headquarters, Government Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining BSC, he held HR leadership positions at other organizations, including MFS Investment Management and FleetBoston Financial.
