It seems everybody’s offering discounts these days, from the big auto companies to McDonalds (and let’s not forget Cash for Clunkers.)  So given the state of the economy, shouldn’t your company hop on the discounting bandwagon too?  Not so fast, warns management expert Vince Crew.
