Administravitve Professionals 2004 Survey
Administrative professionals continued to assume more responsibilities in the workplace, including coaching, training and supervising other staff members. As a result, more than half of respondents of the survey said more training is needed to improve their overall job performance. The survey also found that more than a third of respondents worked longer hours or more days than they did in the past two years.
