  • Experience training others to assemble data and prepare forecasts

  • Experience in speaking with and training financial professionals
  • Experience in explaining forecasting vocabulary and how to interpret forecasts

Opportunity—Finance—Risk Management

Locations: New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC, Atlanta

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM)
  • Experience training others on risk topics
  • Experience in speaking with and training finance and risk professionals
  • Experience in explaining risks theory, risk planning and risk mitigation techniques
  • Instructional design or development experience a plus

Opportunity—Live Online Seminars--Leadership and Leadership Communication

Locations: Continental United States

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expertise in leadership
  • Experience facilitating a minimum of 20 synchronous multi-lesson online training courses
  • Experience administering and debriefing self assessment instruments
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and or leadership communication, plus at least 7 years experience as a manager with direct reports
  • Demonstrated expertise using Adobe Connect (preferred); experience delivering in other synchronous tools will be considered i.e. Cintrix Go To Meeting, Microsoft Live Meeting, or WebEx
  • Experience delivering using VoIP technology
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Online Facilitation Certification preferred
  • Proper office set-up requirements required – quiet location with no interruptions, broadband internet connection, up-to-date computer and software downloads
  • Able to provide examples of facilitation work (archived sessions preferred

Opportunity—Presentation and Public Speaking Skills

Locations: Minneapolis, MN

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expertise in presentation skills and public speaking
  • Experience delivering presentation skills training to associates at all levels including senior leaders and coaching their performance
  • Experience administering and debriefing Self Assessment Instruments
  • Minimum 10 years classroom training and facilitation experience
  • Minimum 10 years business experience within organizational setting
  • Experience with bio tech/pharmaceutical/health care environments preferred
  • Experience in “in-company” training delivery
  • Instructional design and development skills a plus
  • Advanced education required
  • Must live within 60 miles of Minneapolis, MN
