Program Format

To ensure high levels of attention and personal guidance, each session is limited to 25–30 participants.

Every Operation Enterprise program has a core curriculum that includes the following essential topics for business success:

In addition to workshops, students have the opportunity to meet senior executives from various fields at our Panel Forum evening and practice delivering a presentation (in teams with fellow team members) before a “mock” Board of Directors. The program culminates in a full-day management simulation where participants integrate all they have learned during the week. Sightseeing trips and nightly activities round out the program at each site.
