To make your in-class activities most meaningful, two weeks before your seminar, you will receive a prework assignment you will be expected to complete. You will need to identify a strategic initiative that you have responsibility for executing, meet with your manager to clarify the project specifications and complete the Strategic Initiative Summary Worksheet.
