Overview

Discover the Impact of Mobile Technology on Customer Engagement

We’re in the midst of a technological revolution bigger than television or the personal computer. The new marketplace is mobile and it’s changing everything.

The days are gone when your customer will be tethered to a television or computer screen, perfectly positioned to receive a message on your terms. Mobile consumers are on the move, and you have to quickly learn how and where your customers fit in this new digital landscape, as well as how to interact with them effectively.

The truth is that mobile marketing entails a qualitative shift from past methods.

The relationship of the consumer to the device is not the passive “lean back” of TV or the more active “lean forward” of the PC, but rather the fully interactive “pull it forward” of mobile.

It’s up close, it’s personal, and it’s always on.

In this Webcast digital pioneer Chuck Martin explains how smart phones are redefining the scope of customer interaction and explores what you must do to interact on your customers' terms.

What You Will Learn

  • How to make the case for a specific mobile marketing initiative within your company
  • 10 questions to ask to help you understand your customer's phone characteristics

  • Tips on where to spend your mobile marketing dollars for greatest return
