Overview

Will Your Current Management Techniques Work on Millennials?

The fact is that what has worked in the past will likely fall short of expectations in the future. It’s important that you plan to make the time to attend this Webcast to fine tune your motivation skills.

Dr. Bob Nelson will explain how the the youngest generation at work differs in their outlook, values and expectations from previous generations. In addition, he’ll reveal proven approaches that help you get what you need from them while meeting their needs and expectations along the way.

The bottom line is that there is a huge opportunity cost to organizations that fail to adapt for the needs of the Millennials.

This is the largest generation since the Baby Boomers and will soon dominate in both numbers and attitude. So now is the time to discover what makes them tick and how to successfully integrate them into your workforce.
