Leadership Dynamics That Drive Business Breakthroughs

Disruptive innovation and change are no longer the exceptions, they’re the norm.  If we’re not proactively forging novel paths that change the game, someone else will—and then we’ll be forced to adapt to their new rules.

Many leaders are not formally prepared with the fortitude required to lead through the deep uncertainty that characterizes periods of disruptive change.  Join us to discover how leaders often ignore the very thing that could lead them to game changers—the power of surprise.

What You Will Learn

Based upon research and interviews with business executives in multiple sectors, this program will explore:

  • Leadership dynamics that drive success or result in failure
  • Competencies essential for driving disruptive innovation
  • How to leverage uncertainty to find strategic direction
  • How to create a culture that supports disruptive thinking and innovation

While attending this program is FREE, reservations are required.
