Overview

Good business teams produce results during times of prosperity. It's a different story during times of uncertainty and turbulence, when only the properly prepared and motivated teams will win.

Sustainable results require that every team—starting at the top and reaching down through the organization—be a great one.

What makes great teams stand apart? What drives and sustains their performance in both good and lean times? And how can they be replicated throughout an organization?

For over 25 years, Howard Guttman has been helping leaders in major corporations around the globe build great teams on every level. The result: great organizations that successfully meet each new challenge and consistently outperform the competition.

Join this Webcast where Guttman will offer practical tips that you can use to help every team in your organization acquire the attributes it needs to carry you through these turbulent times.
