About the Presenters

Frank C. Evans a principal in both Evans and Associates Valuation Advisory Services and Private Company Leadership Group, is one of less than 100 professionals in the United States who holds all three business valuation credentials: Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation (ASA), and Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation (CPA/ABV).

His practice focuses on both valuation measurement and management, as well as business owner and executive planning and decision making to build, protect and harvest private company wealth. He is the coauthor, with David M. Bishop, of Valuation for M&A: Building Value in Private Companies, and has authored articles that have appeared in leading business valuation journals.
