Solutions for Optimizing Performance Management

For the past few years, performance management has surprisingly dominated the discussion in the Human Resources community. Punctuated by stories in the popular and HR media about companies making radical changes, the current dialogue has left HR and business leaders confused about what might need to change and why.

Two strong voices in this debate have been The Talent Strategy Group’s Marc Effron and the NeuroLeadership Institute’s David Rock. Both bring a research-based, informed and experienced voice to this debate but propose different solutions for how to optimize performance management.

What You Will Learn

Join us as these two industry leaders debate and discuss how, and if, companies should change their approach to managing performance. You’ll learn the facts about the current trends, including what companies are really doing and whether there might be a fit for your firm.

While attending this program is FREE, reservations are required.
