The economic recession has mirrored a psychological recession where many people have lost a sense of meaning in both their personal and work lives. Organizations become a universal setting for meeting universal needs for meaning.

Dave and Wendy Ulrich have done and integrated extensive research on this issue and conclude that leaders can help employees find meaning through building abundant organizations.

The question is how do you create a sense of abundance that not only engages your employees but delivers value to customers, investors, and communities?

Often, leaders who formulate great strategies, structures, and processes may overlook the heart and soul that make organizations meaningful places to work. In this Webcast, you’ll discover some of the ways in which employees find meaning in their work and how leaders can fill this need.

What You Will Learn

There is a strong business case for helping people find meaning at work.  As employees find meaning, they contribute to the broadest purposes for which organizations exist:  creating value for customers, investors, and communities.

In this enlightening session, you’ll discover:

  • What leaders can do to create abundant organizations to replace deficit thinking and action
  • Drivers, questions and toolsets that leaders can use to build meaning, and add value to both individuals and companies.

While attending this program is FREE, reservations are required.
