ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

 

Bjorn Billhardt is co-founder and CEO of Enspire Learning, a company that develops interactive online courses and simulations. Mr. Billhardt’s work on online multimedia design and video production has been used at universities and corporations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He has also authored articles and case studies on effective e-learning design for organizations such as CLO Magazine and Harvard Business School Publishing, among others.

Shon Bayer is a managing partner with Enspire Learning and has over a decade of experience in developing, managing and marketing exceptional instructor-led and online learning programs. He has spoken on e-learning and simulations at conferences such as ASTD Austin and the Serious Games Summit. Prior to joining Enspire, he served in various senior roles at the Princeton Review, wrote a travel guide for Fodor’s and developed interactive online course in the K-12 space.
