Dealing with Difficult People Is Easy

No matter where you work or what you do, sometimes you have to deal with difficult people. You can make it easier on yourself if you adopt several simple strategies. For example: try fighting fire with water (instead of more fire). If someone lashes out, keep your cool, stay calm, and let the other person vent. You will be amazed at how people calm down once you simply hear them out.
