AMA Senior VP Speaks at Government Training Conference: Topic of Succession Planning Engages TOC Annual Institute Attendees

April 25, 2012—Sandra Edwards, Senior Vice President, American Management Association (AMA) Enterprise Solutions, led an insightful and engaging presentation on succession planning yesterday at the 2012 Training Officers Consortium (TOC) Annual Institute, held April 22–25 in Ocean City, MD.

Succession planning is a major challenge for many government organizations, as baby boomers retire, leaving a skills and knowledge gap. Ms. Edwards has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, performance consulting, organizational change, and human capital management. As Senior Vice President, she provides leadership and strategy for AMA Enterprise, a division of AMA dedicated to helping enterprise and government organizations transform enterprisewide talent to fuel a culture of innovation and high performance.
