Sandra Edwards to Speak at TOC Annual Institute: AMA SVP to Speak on April 24 About Succession Planning

March 9, 2012 – The American Management Association (AMA) Enterprise Solutions, the global leader of talent transformation dedicated to providing workplace learning for enterprise and government organizations, has announced that their Senior Vice President, Sandra Edwards, has been chosen to speak about succession planning at the 2012 Training Officers Consortium (TOC) Annual Institute, to be held April 22-25 in Ocean City, MD.

Ms. Edwards has over twenty years of experience in strategic business development, performance consulting, organizational change, and human capital management. As Senior Vice President, she provides leadership and strategy for AMA Enterprise, a division of AMA dedicated to helping enterprise and government organizations transform enterprise-wide talent to fuel a culture of innovation, high performance and optimal business result.
